A factor set is the dated collection of emission factors and parameter distributions the engine uses. Publishing one freezes it; figures computed afterwards cite it in their lineage, and older figures keep the set they were computed under.

A fixed set of questions is put to the assistant weekly, exactly as the API answers them. The release thresholds are the ones it is held to.
The method mapped clause by clause to each framework. Clause content is entered from the authoritative texts and approved by a second person; until then a cell says it is to be populated.
